Conflict Management Training

Employers have a duty to educate their employees on how to proactively and promptly identify and address workplace conflict. Our immersive training modules provide employees with the opportunity to learn, practice and refine negotiation skills, as well as equip them with the skills necessary to negotiate constructive resolution to conflict in the workplace.

Negotiation and conflict management skills go hand in hand: we negotiate to advance our interests and we use conflict management skills to reduce tension and resolve disputes. These skills are neither intuitive nor self-taught, but they can be learned in a group setting. The most effective method to acquire such skills is to practice, reflect, analyze, and practice again bridging the gap between ‘knowing’ and ‘doing’. For this reason, negotiation and conflict management training should be interactive and experiential, including a blend of theory, simulations, and role-plays, followed by extensive feedback regarding skills acquisition.

We focus on developing negotiation proficiencies and practicing conflict resolution skills, with a specific interest in promoting internal team relations and building the team’s resilience to external pressures.
