Adjudication
Ena Chadha served as a Vice-Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario from September 2007 to September 2015. During her tenure, Ena authored hundreds of decisions dealing with procedural and jurisdictional issues and merits decision involving topics such as, sexual harassment, racial profiling, duty to accommodate and breach of settlements.
